PROVE is the methodology Zebra sales engineers use to work a deal: Plan, Relate, Outcome, Validate, Earn. PROVE Coach takes a rambling description of a customer situation and returns a brief: for each of the five, what you already have and the concrete next move.

It deliberately does not just reformat your notes into five labeled paragraphs. The useful part is the gap.

One Engine, Several Doors

  • Deal-Coach answers in chat and keeps nothing, for a quick read on a deal
  • Prep keeps one doc per opportunity and adds a dated section each session, so the next one starts from where the last left off
  • Monthly roll-up reads those docs back and summarizes how PROVE actually got used
  • Email is the load-bearing door: forward a situation, get a brief back

Behind the email door is a retrieval assistant for Zebra technical questions. Retrieval runs locally; Claude writes the answer.
